Ilaria has been involved with Nouscom supporting its founders and the company since its inception.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of HR and business management. Before joining, she was General Manager in ReiThera (ex Okairos) and worked as HR and Admin in MSD (IRBM site). In her role she leads the HR department and supports the organization’s overall goals, the strategic objectives and the company’s growth.
